I think it would be nice if the richest country in the world would take care of its citizens like about 140 other nations do.

I mean, we helped create most of the healthcare systems in Europe. Including Germany’s and Japan’s. With the US producing more wealth with a fifth of the population of China, there’s no logical reason for people to die because of greed.
